Lakeland Center Staff

  • Aleta Garcia-Clute

    Aleta Garcia-Clute - Center Manager

I have proudly been an employee of Mountain States Early Head Start for over 15 years.  In that time, I have held many positions – a Classroom Teacher, Family Consultant, Mental Health and Child Development Specialist, and now Manager of our Lakeland Center.  In my current role, I enjoy supporting the professional development of our incredible staff, coordinating meaningful events for staff and families, and providing welcoming and safe environments for all who walk through our doors.  It is an honor and a pleasure to support, and learn from, young children and families during this very important stage in life.  My husband and I feel blessed to be raising our two “spirited” children in beautiful North Idaho.  I love to laugh, wander, and explore different things and ideas.  My daughter and I dream of having a farm of tiny animals one day… we just need a little (or a lot) of experience and a husband/dad to say yes! One of my favorite quotes is… “Not all those who wander are lost.”
