Health and Mental Health Services Advisory Committee (HAMHSA) is Mountain States Early Head Start and North Idaho College Head Start’s advisory group that brings together local health care providers, parents, and program staff to assist in making decisions about program health services. It provides space for discussion around local trends, and conversations on supporting and strengthening our community and families.
