  • Kimberley Seitz

    Kimberley Seitz - Director

    My name is Kimberley Seitz, and I am the Director of Mountain States Early Head Start. My role is to work with the Board, Policy Council, and staff to develop and implement program goals, ensure policies and procedures are in place, we are compliant with performance regulations, and that we have a welcoming program with trained staff able to support pregnant women, children, and families. I also work with community partners to ensure services are effective. I enjoy getting to work with parents on Policy Council and meeting many of you at the centers. I have two German Shepherds, love to boat, and enjoy reading and vacations. Feel free to stop by and introduce yourself.

  • Jana Brooks

    Jana Brooks - Performance & Compliance Manager

    As Performance & Compliance Manager, I ensure that our program meets Office of Head Start quality and compliance measures program wide. I also supervise and support program specialists as they work as a team to attain high quality child and family outcomes for all program participants. I am passionate about the work we do with families, giving them the tools from the very beginning to help their children succeed in school. I have lived in the Pacific Northwest my whole life, and I have two children who have grown into amazing adults, as well as sweet pup and two feisty cats.

  • Alison Mangrum

    Alison Mangrum - Center Manager

    As Center Manager, I support the staff of MSEHS of both the CD’A center and Shoshone Services. I supervise and assist staff who provide direct services to families. My goal is to facilitate the staff in their outreach and maintain a safe and healthy center environment for the families that we serve.

    I am originally from Tennessee and am excited about exploring all that Idaho has to offer. I am married and have two wonderful kids. I also have a dog and cat. My hobbies include cooking and canoeing.

  • Ioana Siegler

    Ioana Siegler - ERSEA Specialist

    My name is Ioana Siegler.  People call me “E”.  I am the Eligibility and Enrollment Manager at Mountain States Early Head Start.  My job is to meet with new families and talk with them about our application and enrollment process and let them know about all the services and support our program has to offer!  I enjoy getting to know the parents and children who are interested in our program and how we can support them in their parenting journey.

    I am originally from Romania and came to the United States when I was 16.  My family and I have lived in Coeur d’Alene for 20 years and we absolutely love this beautiful place!

    Kristin Moody - PFCE Specialist

    My position has several components that help to support our families and our program.  One of my main roles is interacting with community partners to promote our program and learn about resources and opportunities that we can share with our families.  I have lived in the area my whole life, but I am always amazed to learn more about our wonderful community.  When I am not at work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time with my family

  • Luanne Jacobson

    Luanne Jacobson - Program Assistant

    Hi! I’ve been the Program Assistant at MSEHS since April, 2010 and my hands are in just about everything.  I love supporting our families and watching them learn and grow, but I also have the pleasure of working with the entire MSEHS staff in a variety of ways.  Everyone keeps me very busy.  I was born in Spokane, moved to Coeur d’Alene and married a proud Coeur d’Alene native. Our daughter and son-in-law have blessed us with 2 beautiful grandchildren.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, puzzles and finding new places for breakfast.

  • Aleta Garcia-Clute

    Aleta Garcia-Clute - Professional Development and Learning Manager

    I have proudly been an employee of Mountain States Early Head Start for nearly 20 years.  In that time, I have held many positions – a Classroom Teacher, Family Consultant, Mental Health and Child Development Specialist, Center Manager, and now Professional Development and Learning Specialist.  In my current role, I enjoy onboarding new employees and supporting the professional growth and development of our incredible staff.  I like coordinating meaningful learning opportunities for staff, families, student interns and community volunteers.  It is an honor to be a part of the Mountain States Early Head Start team; to partner with staff and young families during such an amazing and important stage in a child’s life.  My husband and I feel blessed to be raising our two “spirited” children in beautiful North Idaho.  I love to laugh, wander, and explore.  One of my favorite quotes is… “Not all those who wander are lost.”

  • Alisha Williams

    Alisha Williams - Center Assistant

    My name is Alisha Williams. I am the Center Assistant for our Coeur d’Alene Center. My job is to meet and greet the families when they visit our facility for PG, enrollment or just to stop by and say hello, and to ensure the facility is maintained accordingly. Each family we see has something wonderful that they bring to the center. I have two kids myself and enjoy doing anything outdoors and adventurous with them! I have been with MSEHS since 2017 and look forward to many more great years and experiences with them!

  • Erin Ault

    Erin Ault - Health and Safety Coordinator

    My name is Erin.  I grew up in Wallace but went to college in North Dakota where I met my husband.  We currently live in Post Falls, and have three beautiful children.  I am a Family Consultant in Shoshone County as well as the Health Data Coordinator for the entire program.  As a Family Consultant, I have the pleasure of working directly with children, their families and pregnant women through weekly home visits and works as part of a team in supporting other program activities. I also assist families in developing goals and activities that help developmental progress.  In my role as Health Data Coordinator, I monitor health, safety, and nutrition data and coordinate health, safety, and nutrition services, ensuring health and safety requirements are maintained. I also support staff with understanding how to enter data, and working directly with community providers to enhance partnerships, and build trust and positive relationships in our communities.

    Laurie Klug - Family Consultant

    My name is Laurie Klug.  I am a family consultant; also known as a home visitor here at MSEHS.  I can help support you with questions or concerns regarding your child’s development; and what to expect as he/she grows.   I have lived in beautiful Northern Idaho since I was a child; and have been so blessed to raise my own family here.  I enjoy many activities that involve spending time in the outdoors.  Much of my free time is spent with family and friends.  I look forward to getting to know your family.

  • Karen Dapron

    Karen Dapron - Family Consultant

    I am Karen Dapron.  I work mostly in Shoshone County and also live here. I am a Family Consultant and have been with this wonderful program for 2 ½ years. I previously worked at an Early Head Start in Montana for 12 years as a home visitor also. I greatly enjoy working with young children and their families and look forward to many more years doing so. I am a mother of 5 in a blended family and love spending time with my family. I also enjoy the outdoors and love to catch a good concert!

  • Catie Kotmel

    Catie Kotmel - Playgroup Coordinator

    My name is Catie Kotmel. I am the Playgroup Coordinator for the Coeur d’Alene and Lakeland Centers.  I plan and implement the playgroups that are offered to all families at MSEHS. It is such a joy to watch our enrolled children and families grow in so many ways. I am a Circle of Security Facilitator and a TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) Practitioner. I moved to the Coeur d’Alene area about five years ago. I like to spend time outdoors, especially in a hammock reading a good book.

  • Sarah Howell

    Sarah Howell - Family Consultant

    My name is Sarah Howell and I am a family consultant for the Kootenai area. I have been with MSEHS since August 2017. My role is to support the child and family through weekly home visits. Since starting at MSEHS I have had the opportunities to become a Circle of Security facilitator as well as a Trust Based Relational Intervention(TBRI) practitioner. I enjoy working with families and supporting them in any way they need. Previous to MSEHS: I grew up in southern Idaho, eventually moved to Pocatello, ID to complete my bachelor’s degree, and then moved up to beautiful Coeur d’Alene.
