Karlie Paschall - Child Development/Disabilities Coordinator
Hi, my name is Karlie Paschall, and I am the Child Development/Disabilities Coordinator at Mountain States Early Head Start. My husband and I have been married since we were 18, and we have two children. We both moved to Idaho in 2001. My husband and I enjoy fishing, and playing outdoors with our children. I am really looking forward to my role here at MSEHS. My role includes being a member of the leadership and monitoring teams. I will be providing consultation to families and staff, and identifying and developing educational materials related to pre and post-pregnancy, and children. I will be participating in community collaborations, and providing our staff with training and support. I am grateful and looking forward to the opportunity to work with the wonderful staff and families of MSEHS.

Lani West - Family Consultant
My name is Lani West and I have lived in the Northwest for most of my life. I have a wonderful blended family that values our time together. I also value the families that I visit, and I love to see how their relationship becomes stronger through positive connection. Working for Early Head Start has been a wonderful journey and I have grown a lot as a person. I am a facilitator for Circle of Security, and I learn something from it each time I share it with my enrolled families and the community.
