My name is Lani West and  I have lived in the Northwest for most of my life.  I have a wonderful blended family that values our time together.  I also value the families that I visit, and I love to see how their relationship becomes stronger through positive connection.  Working for Early Head Start has been a wonderful journey and I have grown a lot as a person.   I am a facilitator for Circle of Security, and I learn something from it each time I share it with my enrolled families and the community.  I believe that a parent/caregiver is the child’s first and most important teacher, and I am here to help support that.
